1. Measure the 2v75 voltage here, if the voltage is gone or too low, then measure at here, if it is ok the jump the wire. If the voltage STILL low then replace U4100 or measure Vbatt of the U4100.
2. Plug in the screen and measure the total resistance at DATA pins. If there is no resistance, then measure the pins of the line that has been drawn. Jump the wire if any wire on the yellow line is broken.
3. Measure the purple indicated capacitors. If any is short-circuited or rusted then you can remove it.
