step 3: measure the capacitors (purple frame), if shorting -> isolate and remove.
step 4: if the wire (yellow frame) broke ->lifting.
orange text: the battery of device cannot charge ->replace diot and wire (orange frame) to order 1-2.
green text: in reality, the resistance (green frame) just need to watch, if still have and well -> not error, replace same value.
After all, try to replace IC source.
NOte: Ipad mini cannot charge, most of them were error cable or IC usb u2, iphone 5 and ipad 4 can be use for each other. After measure, found voltage 5v near IC source -> IC1,2 were good. the battery of Device cannot charge and boot ->watch and measure carefully battery base.
