step 1: measure resistance range 1K, if lost -> tracking to red line, can use leaf spring to clip 2 sides of diot (purple frame) to test.
step 2: measure the wire (yellow frame) and resistance (green frame), if broke -> short lifting. The wire (green frame) use to test is fine, but should be replace for the best if error.
step 3: sometimes shorting -> isolate and remove capacitor (purple frame).
step 4: take a look at resistance (green frame), if rotten by water ->replace. Lost voltage 1v8 at 1 side ->borrow another voltage to lifting.
step 5: After all, take off IC source to measure, if lost resistance here -> to cpu, if has resistance ->replace IC source.
Note: check carefully socket and resistance, wire on this line. Haven’t seen it to IC source ever.
